Equipement and Maintenance Assessment Programs
Through our Maintenance Assessment Program, our team of experts will conduct a maintenance inspection of your facility to assess the general status of the facility as it relates to maintenance activities and programs.

The intention of this inspection is to review key building and equipment items that affect functionality, operational costs, capacity and reliability. All of these combined define a foundation for long-tem value to the clients and their customers. Our detailed Enhanced Facility Maintenance Assessment Program includes a 24-section report detailing recommendations for maintenance, repair or re-investment options.
Additional careful consideration of thermal, doors, dock equipment, batteries / chargers, HVAC, electrical/lighting systems and generators is included during the maintenance inspection. Insuring a complete and accurate report is provided every time, site, concrete, steel, finishes, coolers, conveyors and air compressors will also be evaluated.

A recommended budget for a specific time period will include capital and maintenance costs associated with items included in maintenance inspection report. This MAP budget is intended to augment, not replace facilities normal operating capital.
